Hello, I am a student at North Arkansas College in Harrison, AR. I will graduate in May 2015 with an Associate of Arts degree. Upon graduation, I plan on transferring to Missouri State University where I will pursue a BA in Literature with a minor in Gender Studies.

I am an avid reader, an aspiring writer, a right-brained thinker, a hopeful artist, and a hardcore perfectionist.
I am the classic introvert. I live inside my head. I think before I speak. I almost always prefer books to people. I am mostly alone, by choice, but certainly not lonely.
I am undeniably and indisputably in love. And I am unquestionably and unconditionally loved.
I am an ambitious and resourceful student. The Cool Kids think I’m a “nerd.” Damn right, I’m a nerd. This brainiac is going places!
I am young, but by no means wreckless. I am painfully self-aware; I know who I am and who I want to be. I’m still finding my place in the world.
Part of my blog consists of posts in answer to writing prompts found in Ryan Andrew Kinder’s “1,000 Awesome Writing Prompts.” I hope to get over my writer’s block, discover personal style, and develop my writing skills with the variety of topics that he provides.
